Čo vyrábame
Our knitted scarf range covers the shapes wholesale buyers order most often. Each can be made to your design or developed from a reference you send us.
- Ribbed and cable-look scarves: dense, elastic and warm, with a textured surface that holds its shape.
- Solid and striped knits: plain colours or yarn-dyed stripes, with stripe repeats set in the tech pack.
- Fringed and tasselled ends: twisted or loose fringe, or tassels attached at the ends.
- Snoods and infinity loops: closed tubes of knit, made in one or two loops.
- Oversized wraps: wider and longer pieces, usually in softer, lighter yarns so they drape instead of stiffening.
For yarns we work with acrylic, wool blends, bavlna, cotton-acrylic blends and viscose blends. Acrylic suits value-led ranges and bright colour. Wool blends add warmth. Cotton and viscose blends suit lighter, transitional scarves. Certified fabric can be sourced from mills that hold their own certification, NA ZNAMENIE.
If you are comparing suppliers across the whole accessory category, our guide to scarf manufacturers in India for wholesale covers knitted, woven and šatky s potlačou together. For seasonal ranges, see our men’s winter scarves a men’s summer scarves.
What to specify for a knitted scarf
Most problems in bulk knitted scarves come from details left open at the quote stage. Agree these points in writing before sampling.
Yarn composition
Fibre content changes warmth, softness and pilling. Wool blends hold heat and feel soft but need a stated wool percentage and careful care labelling. Acrylic is light, colourfast and easy to care for, but cheaper or shorter-staple yarns pill sooner. Cotton is breathable and heavier, with less stretch. Viscose adds drape and sheen. Give the exact blend you want, or tell us the handfeel and season and we will propose options.
Gauge and stitch
Gauge is how fine or coarse the knit is. A finer gauge gives a lighter, smoother scarf. A coarser one gives a chunkier, heavier piece. Stitch matters just as much. Rib is stretchy and lies flat. Cable-look stitches add bulk and weight. Plain jersey is light and drapes well, but it behaves differently at the edges. If you send a reference scarf, tell us what to copy: pozri, pocit z ruky, or weight.
Edge curling
Jersey knit curls inward along the cut or selvedge edges, so a plain jersey scarf can roll into a tube. A rib edge, a garter-stitch border or a turned and stitched hem keeps it flat. State the border type on the tech pack. For background on how knit structure behaves, read pletené vs tkané: what changes before the sewing machine.
Fringe and tassels
Specify fringe length, how many yarn ends go into each bunch, and whether the fringe is knotted, twisted or trimmed even. Tassels should be attached through the knit and secured, not just looped on, so they survive repeated wear and washing. Ask for a pull test on the sample if tassels are a main feature.
Finished size and weight tolerance
Give the finished size after relaxing the knit, napríklad 30 x 180 cm as a typical size, not a limit. Knits shift when washed and steamed, so set a size tolerance and a weight tolerance with the approved sample. Weight is the check that shows whether the right yarn quantity went into the scarf.
Care labelling
Wool blends need a fibre content label and care instructions that match your destination market’s rules. Tell us which market you sell in, and we will use your label text or help you draft it for approval.
Folding and header cards
For retail, state the fold, the polybag or band, and any header card or hangtag position. Soft knits fold to different thicknesses, so a header card sized for one yarn may not fit another.
Ako prebieha objednávka
- Brief or tech pack: you send a design, reference scarf or tech pack, with yarn, stitch, size and trims.
- Fabric and print development: we develop yarn and colour matches, stripe layouts, and any jacquard or pattern, then send them for approval.
- Sample and fit approval: you check handfeel, veľkosť, weight and finishing on a sample, and we adjust until it is signed off.
- Hromadná výroba: pletenie, linking or finishing, fringing and washing follow the approved sample.
- Inline and final inspection: we check size, hmotnosť, kvalita stehu, fringe security and colour during and after production.
- Packing and export documentation: scarves are folded, labelled and packed to your instructions, with export papers prepared for shipment.

Common questions
Do you sell single scarves to individuals?
Nie. We make knitted scarves in production quantities for brands, retailers and wholesalers, with minimums from 100 do 300 kusov na štýl, podľa farby.
How is the minimum order worked out?
It depends on yarn, colour and how complex the knit is. Our guide to minimum order quantities explained for buyers shows how to plan a first order across styles and colours.
Can you make a scarf from my own design?
áno. We work from your design as private label, from our own designs, or through ODM development where we develop the style with you.
Which yarn is best for a first range?
It depends on your target market and season. Acrylic and cotton-acrylic blends are practical for value ranges, and wool blends suit colder-weather ranges with a softer handfeel. Send us your target and we will suggest options.
Can you add my label and packaging?
áno. We can sew in your woven or printed labels, add hangtags or header cards, and pack to your folding and polybag instructions.
