KK Fashion Exports is a tote bag manufacturer and canvas bag factory in Noida, Delhi NCR, Indien. We make cotton and canvas tote väskor for retail brands, grossister, events and corporate gifting, in your design or ours. Every bag is cut, mönstrad, stitched and packed at our own unit, and we have exported from India since 2003.
Tote and canvas bag styles we make
- Flat totes: a simple shopper with no gusset, the usual choice for promotional and event bags.
- Gusseted shoppers: a box bottom and side gussets so the bag stands and carries more, used for retail and grocery totes.
- Beach and market totes: larger bags in striped or printed canvas, often with rope or webbing handles. Se vår strandväskor.
- Zip and lined totes: a top zip, inner pocket and lining for a bag that sells as a fashion piece.
- Pouches and small bags: zip pouches and drawstring bags in the same canvas, to match a tote programme.
Canvas, cotton and finishes
We work in cotton canvas in light, mid and heavy weights, in cotton drill and twill, and in linen and polyester-cotton blends. Lighter cotton suits flat promotional totes. Heavier canvas suits shoppers and strandväskor that need to hold their shape. We can match tygvikt to a sample you send.
- Tryck: screen print for logos and bold artwork, digital print for photographic or many-colour designs, and printed fabric for all-over patterns.
- Decoration: broderi, plåster, woven labels and tassel or pom-pom trims.
- Handles: self-fabric, cotton webbing, rope or leather-look handles, in the length you specify.
- Efterbehandling: natural, färgade, washed or coated canvas, with gussets, foder, fickor, zips, snaps and metal eyelets.
Custom and private-label tote bags
För private label, send your artwork, size and handle length, and we develop a sample before bulk. Your woven label, care label and hang tag go on in production, and bags can be folded and polybagged for retail. We sign NDAs where a design needs to stay confidential. How a tote bag order runs
- Förfrågan: stil, storlek, tyget, print or embroidery, handles and quantity per colour.
- Prov: we make a sample for your approval of size, print and finish before any bulk is cut.
- Serieproduktion: skärning, tryck, stitching and finishing at our Noida unit, checked against the approved sample.
- Inspektion och packning: we check seams, handle strength, print and measurements, then pack to your instructions.
- Frakt: FOB, CIF or DDP to the USA, Storbritannien, Europe and the Middle East, with export documents prepared.
