Minimum Order Quantity by Product Type

Our minimum is 100 komada po stilu. Colours can be split within that
minimum — a 100-piece style can run as two colours of 50. Below-minimum quantities are quoted case
by case and carry a per-unit surcharge, because the cost sits in the screen, the pattern and the
set-up, not the fabric.

The table below is not a price list and not a marketing claim. It is what buyers actually ordered
from us across 1,236 production order lines placed between July 2023 and August 2026.
Use it to see whether your programme is a normal size for us before you spend time on a tech pack.

Median means half of all order lines were larger and half smaller. The lower decile is the size
below which only one line in ten fallsit is a better guide to our practical floor than the
absolute smallest line we have run, because the smallest lines are usually top-ups added to an
existing order rather than standalone buys.

Categories we make but where we have too few orders to publish a meaningful figure: stoles,
skupovi suradnika, pončo, hats and fouta towels. We will quote these; we just will not pretend three
orders is a pattern.

Quantity per colour

Most buyers split a style across two colours. Shirts more often run three. These are the median
quantities per colour we actually produced:

Product type Median pieces per colour
Košulje 50
Kaftani 51
Haljine 70
Bags and pouches 100
Pareos and sarongs 200
Šalovi 280

Topovi, skirts and trousers all sat at a median of 50 pieces per colour.

Whole-order size

Across 151 production orders in the same period, the median total order was 988
komada
. One order in ten was under 105 komada. One in ten was over 5,200 komada. The
largest was 18,390 komada.

There is no minimum order value. A first order of one style in two colours is normal for us and
is how most of our long-running accounts started.

What drives the minimum

  • Print method. Screen printing carries a per-colour screen cost, so a
multi-colour print on a small run is disproportionately expensive. Digital printing has no
screen cost and is the better route below 100 komada.
  • Tkanina. Stock-supported qualities such as cotton voile can run at the
minimum. A mill-woven custom quality has its own loom minimum that sits above ours.
  • Certified material. Certified fabric is bought against a mill minimum, which
is set by the mill and not by us.
  • Embroidery and handwork. Set-up dominates on small runs.

If your quantity is below the minimum, say so in the first email. We would rather tell you
quickly that digital print on 60 pieces works and screen print on 60 pieces does not.
