These Terms of Service govern the use of software applications operated or distributed by KK Fashion Exports (“we”, “us”, “ons ”). By using one of our applications, or by connecting a Google account to it, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Our applications are business tools that read documents and figures from accounts you connect, organise them, and help you prepare related records and correspondence. They are provided for legitimate business use by the account holder and persons that account holder authorises.

You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for ensuring you are entitled to grant access to the data in them. You retain ownership of your data. Our handling of it is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use our applications to access data you are not authorised to access, to breach any law or third-party right, to attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.

You may stop using an application at any time and revoke its access from your Google account’s security settings. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
9. Changes
We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
