What buyers in island and Mediterranean markets order from us
From our export invoices for 2023 ile 2026:
- French Polynesia: a buyer who has reordered every year from 2023 ile 2026, mainly scarves, kaftanlar ve çaldılar.

Why a small island shop can order from a manufacturer
Island boutiques often buy from wholesalers because the shop is small. Our minimum is set per style and per colour, not per shipment, so a shop can build a capsule: Örneğin, a pareo, a kaftan and a bag in one print, each made in its own colours. One print used across several styles gives a coordinated range without a large order of any single item.
Fabrics that suit heat, sun and salt air
- Cotton voile and cotton mull: ışık, breathable and quick to dry, which suits pareos, scarves and kaftans in humid climates.
- viskoz (suni ipek): fluid drape and bright print colour for kaftans and dresses. It is softer than cotton but creases more and needs gentle washing.
- Cotton slub and linen-look fabrics: a natural texture for shirts and resort sets.
- Canvas and cotton blends for bags: sturdy enough for sand and wet towels, and can be printed to match the clothing.

Plan around your season
Resort seasons differ by hemisphere. Mediterranean shops in Sicily, Sardinia, the Balearics, Malta, Cyprus and the Greek islands sell mainly from late spring to early autumn. Indian Ocean and Pacific markets such as Mauritius, the Seychelles, the Maldives, Fiji and French Polynesia, and Caribbean islands such as the Dominican Republic, follow tourist seasons that vary by island. Count back from the date the goods must be on your shelf, and leave time for sampling, production and transit. We will give you a timeline for your order when we quote.
Import duty and documents
Import duty is set by your country. Whether a trade agreement with India lowers the duty on clothing depends on where you are. Örneğin, no preferential agreement with India applies to apparel going into the Dominican Republic. Your customs broker can confirm the rate. We supply the commercial invoice, packing list and, where one is needed, menşe belgesi.

Can you match a print across clothing and bags?
Evet. We print the same artwork on different fabrics and approve the colour on each, so the pieces sit together in the shop.
Will block-printed or tie-dyed pieces be identical?
HAYIR. Hand processes give slight variation from piece to piece, which many resort buyers value. We agree an approved sample and an acceptable range before bulk.
Can you add my shop’s own label?
Evet. We make private label goods with your woven or printed labels, swing tags and packing, to your instructions.
