The initial audit was conducted in November 2017 and the programme has been maintained since.
Reports are on the Sedex platform. Buyers with a Sedex account can request a link to the site;
buyers without one can request the report and the corrective action plan directly.
The most recent audit was a 4-Pillar SMETA, semi-announced. Non-compliances, observations and the
corrective action plan are recorded in full in the report rather than summarised here, fordi
sourcing teams need the auditor’s own wording for their vendor files.

The IEC is verifiable on the DGFT portal. We provide the RCMC, GST registration and MSME
certificate with the first quotation to any new buyer, without being asked.
Product and material certification — the honest position
We are not a certified party under GOTS, OEKO-TEX, GRS, RCS or WRAP, and we do not hold ISO 9001
eller ISO 14001. We state this plainly because sourcing teams verify certification claims against the
public scheme databases, and a supplier who is not listed where they claim to be gets removed from
the shortlist.
What we do instead:
- Certified materials are sourced from certified mills. We have supplied
GOTS-certified organic cotton against a mill transaction certificate — for example a
100% organic cotton greige voile, construction 80×100, certified by OneCert International
under licence GOTS-ONECERT-06. - The certificate travels with the goods. Where your programme requires
certified content, you receive the mill’s scope certificate and the transaction certificate
covering your specific lot, not a general assurance. - We will not claim scope we do not have. If a certified supply chain is a
hard requirement for your programme, tell us at enquiry stage and we will confirm in writing
whether we can meet it for that specific material before you invest time in sampling.
OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certification is being pursued for our core woven scarf and garment
qualities. This page will be updated with the certificate number and validity when it is issued,
and not before.
Buyer audits and questionnaires
We have completed customer supply-chain security and social compliance questionnaires including
C-TPAT security and social forms for US importers. These are buyer questionnaires, not
certifications, and we describe them as such.
Statutory site paperwork — pollution consent to operate, fire and life safety certification and
factory registration — is current and available on request for vendor onboarding files.
