Product and material certification

How we handle certified materials:

Certified materials are sourced from certified mills. Where your programme
requires a certified fibre, we buy it from a mill that holds the relevant scope.
The certificate travels with the goods. Where your programme requires
certified content, you receive the mill’s scope certificate and the transaction certificate
covering your specific lot, not a general assurance.
We will not claim scope we do not have. If a certified supply chain is a
hard requirement for your programme, tell us at enquiry stage and we will confirm in writing
whether we can meet it for that specific material before you invest time in sampling.

Buyer audits and questionnaires

We regularly complete buyers’ supply-chain security and social compliance questionnaires.

Statutory site paperwork — pollution consent to operate, fire and life safety certification and
factory registration — is current and available on request for vendor onboarding files.
