Kung ano ang ginagawa namin
Ang aming jumpsuit range sits within our wider ladies’ mga damit produksyon. We make full-length jumpsuits and shorter playsuits, in wide-leg and tapered legs, with sleeveless, short-sleeve and long-sleeve bodies. Waist treatments include fabric belts, self-tie sashes and drawstring waists.
Mga tela
- Cotton (poplin, belo, slub and similar weaves): crisp, easy to sew and good for structured shapes and summer playsuits.
- Linen blends: a dry, textured look. Blends with cotton or viscose crease less than pure linen and are usually easier to wear and to cut accurately.
- Viscose and rayon crepe: fluid drape for wide-leg and wrap styles. It needs careful cutting and sewing.
- Modal: soft and smooth, with a fluid fall.
- Chambray and denim-look cottons: for utility-style jumpsuits with pockets, topstitching and belts.
Ang sertipikadong tela ay maaaring makuha mula sa mga gilingan na may sariling sertipikasyon, sa kahilingan.
Mga pamamaraan
We can add prints, embroidery and yarn-dyed checks or stripes, plus detail such as pintucks, shirring, patch pockets and contrast piping. Tell us early which of these you want, because print placement and pattern matching on a one-piece garment must be planned at pattern stage, not fixed at the cutting table.
Where jumpsuits go wrong — and what to specify
A jumpsuit is a top and a trouser joined at the waist, so a fit error in one part affects the whole garment. These are the points we ask buyers to settle before sampling.
Torso length and crotch depth
This is the most common fit failure. If the torso is too short, the wearer feels a pull through the shoulders and crotch. If it is too long, the waist seam sits low and the crotch drops. Give us the body measurements of your fit model and the intended rise, and ask for the torso length, front rise and back rise to be written as separate measurements on the spec sheet. Ang aming guide to creating a tech pack shows how to set these out.
Closures
- Front buttons: easy to put on, but they can gape at the bust. Specify button spacing and consider a hidden placket or snap at the bust point.
- Back zip: gives a clean front line, but it is hard to reach alone. A longer zip opening makes it easier to step into.
- Wrap: forgiving across sizes and adjustable, but it needs a secure inner tie or snap to stop it opening.
The closure decides how easily the garment goes on and comes off, so the opening must be wide enough to pass over hips and shoulders, which is the point most often missed.
Waist elastic and channel stitching
Elastic that loses recovery after washing leaves the waist baggy. Specify the elastic width and type, the relaxed and stretched waist measurements, and whether the channel is stitched through or left open. For drawstring waists, state the cord length, eyelet or slot position and how the cord is secured so it cannot pull out.
Drape of viscose against the body of cotton
Viscose and crepe hang and flow, so they suit wide legs and bumabalot, but they can shrink and relax, so the bulk pattern needs a shrinkage allowance based on tested fabric. Cotton holds its shape and suits tailored, belted and utility styles. Choose the fabric first, then the pattern, because the same block will not suit both.
Grading across sizes
Jumpsuits do not grade like separate mga tuktok at pantalon. Torso length should grow with size, while the proportions of bust, waist and hip must stay balanced. Give us a size range and grading rules, or ask us to propose them, and check the fit on more than one size before bulk.
