Hva vi produserer
As a fabric bag manufacturer, we work mainly in woven cloth rather than moulded or leather goods. Our range runs from open-top totes and shopping vesker to shoulder bags, zipped pouches and cosmetic bags. Våre beach bag range is covered on its own page, and you can browse finished styles in the bags product category.
The fabric sets the character of the bag:
- Cotton canvas: firm and structured, the usual choice for a tote bag manufacturer’s core styles and for bags that must carry weight.
- Cotton drill and twill: a tighter, smoother weave that holds a clean shape and takes colour evenly.
- Printed cottons: lighter cloths for pouches, cosmetic bags, linings and trims.
- Polyester: light and quick to dry, suited to beach and travel styles.
- Coated and lined fabrics: wipe-clean surfaces for wet-use bags and cosmetic cases.
Sertifisert stoff kan skaffes fra møller som har egne sertifiseringer, på forespørsel.
Surface and trim work is where a plain bag becomes your label’s bag:
- Screen print: solid colours and bold artwork, consistent across a run.
- Digitaltrykk: many colours, photographic detail and tonal gradients.
- Block print: a hand-stamped look in which small variations between pieces are part of the appeal.
- Broderi: logos, motifs and borders, stitched on the panel before the bag is assembled.
- Tassels and pom-pom trims: attached to zip pulls, corners or the bag edge.
- Contrast handles and linings: a second colour or pattern inside and on the straps.
Print and embroidery should be planned before cutting. Artwork placement must account for seams, gussets and handle positions, and cotton canvas should be pre-washed or tested for shrinkage if the bag will be laundered.
What decides how a fabric bag holds up
Most bag complaints in bulk come from construction, not from the cloth or the print. These are the points to specify in your tech pack.
Handle attachment and bar-tacking
The handle joint takes the whole load. A handle stitched once across the top edge will tear out. Good practice is a bar-tack or a box-and-cross stitch, ideally over a reinforcement patch inside the bag. State the handle width, drop length, and whether the handle is stitched to the outside, inside or between the layers.
Base gussets and shape retention
A flat bag and a boxed bag are built differently. Boxed corners or a sewn base gusset give depth, and a base insert or interlining helps the bag stand upright. Without it, a canvas tote sags once it is loaded. Tell us whether you want a soft slouch or a structured shape.
Lining and inner pockets
A lining hides raw seams and adds strength, but it should be lighter than the outer cloth so it does not add bulk. Decide pocket size and position in advance. A zipped inner pocket or phone slip needs its own reinforcement at the stress corners.
Closure choices
An open top is simplest and suits shopping and beach totes. A magnetic snap needs a stiffening patch behind it, or it pulls through the fabric. A zip gives security and is best on shoulder bags and pouches, but the zip tape, puller and teeth should match the bag’s weight and use.
Seam allowances on heavy canvas
Thick canvas makes bulky seams, especially where handles, gussets and linings meet. Wider seam allowances, turned and topstitched edges, and the right needle and thread size keep the seams flat and strong. Raw edges inside an unlined bag should be bound or overlocked so they do not fray.
Load testing
Give us a target load in your tech pack. Approve the pre-production sample by filling it to that load, lifting it by the handles and checking the handle joints, base corners and closure. Adjust the stitching before bulk starts, ikke etterpå.
Slik fungerer en bestilling
- Brief eller teknisk spesifikasjon: you send your design, reference bag or idea, med størrelse, fabric and trim details.
- Utvikling av stoff og trykk: we source or develop the cloth, then prepare print, embroidery or trim strike-offs for your approval.
- Godkjenning av prøve og passform: we make a sample bag, and you check size, construction and load before signing it off.
- Masseproduksjon: tilskjæring, trykking, stitching and finishing proceed against the approved sample.
- Kontroll under produksjon og sluttkontroll: we check handle joints, seams, prints and closures during production and again on the finished bags.
- Pakking og eksportdokumentasjon: bags are packed to your specification, labelled and shipped with the export paperwork.

Vanlige spørsmål
What is your minimum order for bags?
Minimum orders start from 100–300 stykker per modell, per farge. Our guide to minimum order quantities explained for buyers shows how to plan a first order around that.
Can you make bags to my own design?
Ja. You can send your own design for private label production, velge blant våre design, or develop a new style with us through ODM.
Can you match a bag to a clothing collection?
Ja. We can print or trim bags in the same fabrics and patterns as a clothing range. This is common for beach and holiday collections, as in our resortwear manufacturing.
Which print method should I choose?
Screen print suits simple artwork in a few colours, digital print suits detailed or multi-colour designs, and block print suits a handcrafted look. We can advise once we see your artwork.
Can I get a sample before bulk?
Ja. A sample is made and approved by you before bulk production starts, and it is the standard against which the bulk bags are checked.
