What buyers in these markets usually order
North American buyers mostly order dresses, khăn quàng cổ, shirts and áo kaftan. Resort shops in Australia and South America order kaftans, pareos, scarves and shirts for their summer season.
Import duty and trade rules
- Úc: under the India–Australia Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement, in force since December 2022, qualifying Indian textiles and clothing enter Australia duty-free with a certificate of origin. We arrange the certificate for qualifying shipments.
- Hoa Kỳ: US tariffs on goods from India have changed several times since 2025 and are still changing. Confirm the current rate for your products with your customs broker before you order, and we will help with the documents they ask for. - Canada and Latin America: India has no free trade agreement in force with Canada. India has partial preferential trade agreements with Chile and with the Mercosur countries, which include Uruguay, but whether they cover a given product depends on the item. Your broker can confirm the rate.

Can you make to my tech pack?
Đúng. We sample from your tech pack, and you approve measurements and construction before bulk production starts.
