This Privacy Policy explains how KK Fashion Exports (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in the software applications we operate, including our internal business and accounting tools and any application we distribute that connects to a Google account.

2. Google user data we access
Our applications connect to Google accounts only after the account holder has signed in and granted consent on Google’s own consent screen. Depending on the application and the permissions granted, we may access:
- Gmail messages (read-only) – to locate and extract business documents such as bank statements, consolidated account statements, contract notes, shipping documents, invoices and supplier correspondence.
- Gmail message attachments (read-only) – to read the documents referred to above.
- Gmail basic profile – to confirm which account is connected and whether its authorisation is still valid.
- Google Sheets values (read-only) – to read figures from spreadsheets the account holder has chosen to use as a data source.
- Gmail compose and send – only in applications where the account holder has expressly granted it, and only to draft or send business correspondence on their instruction.
We do not request access to Google Drive files generally, contacts, calendars, location or payment information.
3. How we use it
Data is used solely to provide the features the account holder asked for: extracting and organising their own business documents, reconciling their own financial records, and preparing and sending their own correspondence. It is not used for advertising, profiling, training machine-learning models, or any purpose unrelated to the application’s stated function.
4. Limited Use disclosure
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
5. Storage and security
Extracted data and OAuth tokens are stored on servers we control, with access restricted to authorised personnel. Access tokens are held only for as long as the connection remains authorised. We do not sell, rent or trade any data, and we do not share it with third parties except where required by law.
6. Retention and deletion
You may disconnect an application at any time from your Google account’s security settings, which immediately revokes its access. To request deletion of data already extracted, contact us using the details in section 1 and we will delete it within 30 days unless we are required by law to retain it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
