Which HS code applies?
Women's skirts and divided skirts fall in HS 6204.5x when woven and 6104.5x when knitted. Viscose, silk and linen skirts share the “other textile materials” subheading (6204.59), unlike dresses where viscose has its own line.

India–Chile PTA: a margin off Chile's 6% duty
In force since 16 May 2017
Under the expanded India–Chile Preferential Trade Agreement, Chile's list gives Indian goods a fixed margin off its 6% general duty: 30% off for dresses, skirts and viscose scarves (an effective 4.2%), and 60% off for 6211.42 garments and 6214.90 scarves (2.4%). Lines not in Chile's list pay the full 6%.
