KK Fashion Exports

Private Label Clothing Manufacturer in India

KK Fashion Exports is a private label clothing manufacturer in Noida, Delhi NCR, India. We make dresses, kaftans, shirts, tops, beachwear, scarves, bandanas and bags under your brand: your label, your packaging, and your design or one we develop with you. We have manufactured and exported since 2003, and every order is cut, printed, stitched and finished at our own unit.

What private label means with us

Private label means the product is made to your specification and sold only under your name. You own the design, the label and the brand. We make it, label it as yours and never sell it to anyone else. If you want to know how this differs from buying a finished product and adding your label, read white label vs private label for clothing brands.

  • Your design: send a tech pack, a sample or a sketch, and we build the pattern, source the fabric and make a sample for approval.
  • Our design, your label (ODM): pick from our prints and silhouettes, change the colours, fabric or details, and we produce it under your label.
  • A mix: most first collections combine a few of your own designs with adapted styles from our range.

Your brand on every piece

  • Labels: your woven neck label, size label and care label, sewn in during production.
  • Tags and packing: your hang tags, barcodes and price stickers, folded and polybagged to your retail standard.
  • Confidentiality: your designs are not shown to other buyers or reused, and we sign an NDA where you need one.
  • Repeat runs: approved patterns and colour standards are kept on file, so a re-order matches the first run.

Low minimums for new labels

Our minimum is from 100 pieces per style, per colour for scarves and bandanas, and from 200 pieces per style, per colour for dresses, kaftans and other garments. A new label can launch several styles without a large stock. Our minimum order quantity page explains what moves the minimum up or down.

How a private label order runs

  1. Brief: you send a tech pack, reference samples or sketches, the quantity per colour and the target market. Our guide to creating a tech pack shows what to include.
  2. Fabric and costing: we suggest fabrics and print methods, then quote per piece.
  3. Sampling: we make a sample. You approve the fit, fabric, print, colour and finish, and we revise until it is right.
  4. Bulk production: cutting, printing, stitching and finishing against the approved sample, with checks during production.
  5. Final inspection and packing: measurements, workmanship and labelling are checked before packing to your instructions.
  6. Shipping: FOB, CIF or DDP to the USA, the UK, Europe, Australia and the Middle East, with export documents prepared.

Why brands use an Indian private label manufacturer

India is strong in cotton, prints and handwork, which is why many resortwear, boho and accessories labels source here. Printing, dyeing and embroidery skills are close at hand in Delhi NCR, and minimums are often lower than at large-volume factories. We have exported over 4 million pieces to buyers around the world. Our production is independently audited for ethical and social compliance. You can see the unit on our factory and capacity page, and visits are welcome.
