KK Fashion Exports is a beach towel manufacturer in India, making cotton beach towels for importers, resorts, retailers and brands. We weave flat-woven fouta and hammam towels, make terry and towel-backed styles, and print round beach towels, in your designs or ours.

Towel types we make
- Flat-woven fouta and peshtemal towels: thin, quick-drying and light to pack, with yarn-dyed stripes and a hand-knotted or twisted fringe. See our fouta pareo.
- Hammam terry towels: a woven face with a looped terry back, so the towel looks like a fouta but dries like a bath towel.
- Round beach towels: printed mandala, fruit and geometric designs, with a lace or tassel edge. See our round towels.

Fabrics and weights
Most of our beach towels are 100% cotton. Flat-woven foutas are light, which is what makes them popular for travel and resort retail; terry and towel-backed styles are heavier and more absorbent. Recycled-cotton blends are available for selected styles on request. Weight is set by the yarn count, the pick density and the pile, and we agree it as a GSM band at sampling. Custom prints, jacquard and yarn-dye
Stripes are woven from dyed yarn, so the colour runs right through the cloth and does not fade like a surface print. Jacquard looms give honeycomb, diamond and herringbone textures. For pictures, slogans and all-over designs we print on cotton, which suits round towels and towel pareos. Your logo can go on a woven label, a printed patch or a jacquard border.
Hotel, resort and retail packaging
For hotels and resorts we pack in bulk by colour, with your logo label if you want one. For retail we fold, band and bag each towel, add a header card or a swing tag, and print barcodes. Towels can be rolled and tied for display, or packed together with matching beach bags as a set. Beach towels also sit well beside our resortwear kaftans and cover-ups.
MOQ and lead times
The minimum is 100 pieces per style, per colour. Many buyers start with one design in several colourways and add more once the first delivery sells through. Lead time depends on whether the yarn is in stock, the weave and the quantity; we give you a dated plan with the quote. Our minimum order quantity page explains the rules across products.
Duty and shipping

Care, colour and wash performance
Beach towels are washed often and dried in strong sun, so colour and shape matter as much as softness. Yarn-dyed stripes hold their colour well. Printed towels need the right dye and fixing for cotton, and we wash-test samples before bulk. Flat-woven foutas soften with each wash, which buyers often mention on the care label. We pre-wash or soften on request, and we can add a hanging loop, a corner label or a woven logo tab so your towel is easy to identify on a busy beach or at a hotel pool.
How an order runs
- Brief: you send photos, a sketch, a tech pack or style numbers from our range, with your target colours and quantities.
- Yarn and design development: we choose the yarn, set the stripe or print and make strike-offs or woven blankets so you can see colour and handle.
- Sample approval: we make a sample in the agreed size, weight and colours, you review it, and we revise until you approve.
- Bulk production: weaving, printing, hemming, fringing and finishing begin once the sample and the trims are approved.
- Inspection: we check size, weight, colour and fringe or edge finish during production and again before packing.
- Packing and export documents: Towels are packed and labelled to your instructions, and we prepare the export paperwork.
