Viscose Pashmina Shawls & Stoles — Wholesale Manufacturer in India

KK Fashion Exports makes viscose pashmina shawls and stoles in India for importers, retailers and brands. “Pashmina” here means the soft, warm handle and fringed look buyers ask for, woven in viscose and viscose-modal yarns. It does not mean cashmere or Kashmir goat hair, and we label it that way. You choose the weave, the size and the colours, and we make the range under your label or ours.

Private label, samples and mixed colourways are available. Orders start from 100 pieces per style, per colour. Send us a photo, a swatch or a style number from our viscose pashmina scarves through the enquiry form and we will reply with options.

What buyers mean by “pashmina”, and what ours is made of

In most markets “pashmina” has become a name for a style: a light, warm shawl with a brushed, slightly matt surface and a fringe. Real pashmina is a fine goat fibre and is priced accordingly. Our pashmina-style shawls are woven from viscose or viscose-modal yarn, which gives a similar soft drape and fall at a price that suits fashion retail, souvenir and gift ranges. The fibre content on the care label is always stated as it is, so your product listing stays accurate.

For a fuller view of the fibres we work with, see our fabrics by category page.

Weaves, sizes and weights

  • Stoles: usually 70 × 180 cm, light enough to wear all year as a scarf.
  • Shawls: usually 100 × 200 cm, for a wrap that covers the shoulders.
  • Plain and self-jacquard: one colour with a woven texture, the easiest style to run in many shades.
  • Two-tone jacquard: a reversible pattern, often paisley, damask or a geometric lattice. See our jacquard shawls.
  • Fringed and tasselled ends: twisted fringe, knotted tassels or a clean hem. Our guide to scarf edge finishes explains each one.
  • Ombre and dip-dye: a colour fade along the length or across the width.

Viscose shawls can pill where they rub against a coat collar or a bag strap. Yarn twist, weave density and finishing all affect this, and we set them at sampling. Our article on why winter scarves pill and how to specify one that doesn’t lists what to ask for.

Print and dye options

A pashmina-style shawl can be dyed after weaving, woven from dyed yarn, or printed. Yarn-dyed jacquards give the richest pattern. Digital printing suits photographic florals, animal prints and short runs of many designs. Tie-dye and dip-dye give each piece a slightly different look, which many boutique buyers prefer. We match your colour references with lab dips before bulk, so a reorder next season comes out in the same shade.

Women’s, men’s and unisex ranges

Most of our shawls go into women’s ranges, in seasonal colour stories of six to twelve shades. We also make darker, plainer and checked styles for men, shown on our pashmina shawls for men page, and neutral solids that sell as unisex. Plain viscose shawls in a wide shade card are a good base for a first order. For the full scarf range, from cotton to wool blends, see our scarf manufacturing and wholesale page and the women’s winter scarves category.

Private label: tags, packaging and MOQ

We sew your woven or printed brand label, add care and fibre labels for your market, and pack to your instructions: folded with a band, hung on a header card, or boxed for gifting. Barcode stickers and carton marks are applied before dispatch. The minimum is 100 pieces per style, per colour; our minimum order quantity page explains how it works across products. Our factory and capacity page shows how the work is run at our Noida unit.

Shipping to the EU, the UAE and the US

Shawls are light and pack flat, so mixed cartons of many colours ship well by sea or by air. We prepare the export paperwork, label cartons by style and colour, and can split one order across several delivery addresses. Tell us your destination when you ask for a quote and we will suggest the most economical route.

Colour stories and seasonal ranges

Most buyers order pashmina-style shawls as a colour story rather than a single shade: a set of solids that sit together on a shelf, with one or two patterned styles to lift the display. We can suggest a shade card for autumn and winter, a lighter set for spring, and gift-season colours for the end of the year. Each colour is dyed to an approved standard, so you can reorder a best-seller later without a visible shade change between deliveries. Mixed cartons of several colours are packed by style, which makes it easy for a store to split one delivery across branches.

How an order runs

  1. Brief: you send photos, a sketch, a tech pack or style numbers from our range, with your target colours and quantities.
  2. Yarn, weave and colour development: we pick the yarn, set the weave and make lab dips or strike-offs so the colours and pattern match your references.
  3. Sample approval: we make a sample in the agreed size, weave and colours, you review it, and we revise until you approve.
  4. Bulk production: weaving, dyeing or printing, fringing and finishing begin once the sample, colours and labels are approved.
  5. Inspection: we check colour against the approved lab dip, size, fringe length and finish during production and again before packing.
  6. Packing and export documents: Shawls are packed and labelled to your instructions, and we prepare the export paperwork.
