KK Fashion Exports

Cotton Stoles Manufacturer — Wholesale Printed and Dyed Cotton Stoles from India

KK Fashion Exports makes cotton stoles in India for importers, retailers and brands. A stole is longer and wider than a neck scarf, light enough to wear in summer and large enough to wrap the shoulders. We print, dye and finish cotton stoles to your designs or ours, and pack them under your label.

Private label, samples and mixed colourways are available. Orders start from 100 pieces per style, per colour. Send a photo, a swatch or a style from our cotton printed scarves through the enquiry form and we will reply with options.

What makes a stole

Buyers use “scarf” and “stole” loosely, but the format decides how a piece sells. A stole is an oblong, usually 70 × 180 cm or 100 × 180 cm, so it can be worn as a scarf, a wrap or a light cover-up. A neck scarf is narrower or square. We make both, and we make stoles to your own dimensions too. State the length, width and tolerance on the order.

Cotton fabrics for stoles

  • Cotton voile: very light and airy, with a soft fall. The most popular base for printed summer stoles.
  • Cotton cambric: smoother and a little more opaque than voile. See our voile vs cambric guide.
  • Cotton slub: an uneven yarn that gives a textured, natural look.
  • Handloom cotton: woven stripes and checks with a hand-made feel. See our cotton handloom scarves.

Every stole on this page is cotton, and the care label says so.

Prints and dyes

Cotton takes colour well, so stoles can carry fine detail or bold blocks. We do screen and digital prints, hand block prints, tie-dye and shibori, ombre and solid dyes. Border prints, all-over prints and placement prints that change along the length all work on a stole. Our cotton tie-dye scarves show the dyed look, and our guide to artwork for digital printed scarves explains how to prepare files.

Edges, tassels and trims

The edge finish sets the style. We make hemmed, fringed and frayed edges, knotted tassels, pom-pom trims and lace ends. Tassels can be one colour or picked from the print. See our cotton printed tassel scarves and our guide to scarf edge finishes.

Cotton stoles or viscose pashmina-style stoles

Cotton stoles are for spring and summer: breathable, light and easy to wash. For autumn and winter, many buyers choose a warmer, brushed stole instead. Our viscose pashmina shawls and stoles page covers that range. Many shops order both, so the same print story runs through the year.

Women’s, men’s and unisex ranges

Most cotton stoles go into women’s summer ranges, often beside dresses, kaftans and beach bags in a matching print. We also make plainer stoles in stripes, checks and solids for men; see our men’s summer scarves. Browse the women’s summer scarves category for more styles.

Shipping to France and the rest of Europe

Cotton stoles are a steady line for boutiques and fashion chains in France, Spain, Italy and across Europe. They are light and fold flat, so mixed cartons of many prints ship well by sea or air. We label cartons by style and colour and prepare the export paperwork. Our page for European buyers covers duties and delivery terms.

MOQ and private label

The minimum is 100 pieces per style, per colour. We sew your woven or printed brand label, add care and fibre labels for your market, and pack to your instructions: folded with a band, on a header card or boxed. Our minimum order quantity page explains how it works across products.

How an order runs

  1. Brief: you send photos, a swatch, artwork or style numbers from our range, with your target colours and quantities.
  2. Fabric and print development: we choose the cotton base and make strike-offs or lab dips so the colours match your references.
  3. Sample approval: we make a sample in the agreed size, fabric, print and edge finish, you review it, and we revise until you approve.
  4. Bulk production: printing or dyeing, cutting, hemming and tasselling begin once the sample, colours and labels are approved.
  5. Inspection: we check colour, size, print and edge finish during production and again before packing.
  6. Packing and export documents: stoles are packed and labelled to your instructions, and we prepare the export paperwork.
