KK Fashion Exports is a co-ord sets manufacturer in India, making matching top and bottom sets for importers, retailers and brands. We cut both pieces of each set from the same print and fabric lot, in your designs or ours, and pack them under your label.
Private label, samples and mixed colourways are available. Orders start from 200 pieces per style, per colour. Send a photo, a sketch or a style from our ladies garments range through the enquiry form and we will reply with options.

A cold-shoulder crop top with a smocked hem and drawstring shorts finished with a deep lace border.

A tie-front shirt top with lace flower appliqué and a tiered skirt with a smocked waist.
Co-ord set styles
- Shirt and shorts: a camp-collar or tie-front shirt with pull-on shorts, the classic summer and holiday set.
- Top and wide-leg trousers: a boxy top or blouse with palazzo or straight trousers for city and resort ranges.
- Crop top and skirt: a short top with a tiered, wrap or midi skirt. Our skirts manufacturing page covers skirt shapes in detail.
- Loungewear sets: soft shirts and pyjama-style trousers with piping or contrast trims.
- Resort sets: a set worn with a kimono, a pareo or a hat in the same print. See our resortwear manufacturing page.
Fabrics
We make co-ord sets in cotton voile, cotton poplin, cotton slub, cotton crepe, yarn-dyed cotton checks, viscose, viscose crepe and linen blends. Cotton poplin and slub hold a crisp shape for shirts and shorts. Voile is the lightest choice for hot climates. Viscose and viscose crepe drape and move, which suits wide trousers and tiered skirts. Linen blends give the relaxed, structured look many city sets are bought for. Tell us how the set should feel and we will suggest a fabric for each piece.
Prints, dyes and embroidery
A co-ord is sold on its print, so we develop it once and run it across both pieces. We do screen, digital and hand block prints, tie-dye and dip-dye, and yarn-dyed checks and stripes. Embroidery, lace inserts, appliqué, pom-pom trims and tassels can go on one piece or both. Our article on custom embroidery for ladies’ garments explains the techniques and how to brief them.
Matching the two pieces
The top and the bottom of a set must agree in shade, print scale and pattern direction. We cut both pieces from the same fabric lot, check the print repeat across seams and pockets, and approve the colour on the sample before bulk. Smocked waists, drawstrings and elastic are set to your size chart. Our guide to smocking and shirring explains the difference for waistbands and bodices.
Sold as a set or as separates
Many retailers sell the two pieces separately so a buyer can choose a different size for the top and the bottom. We can label and pack each piece on its own, or pack the set together with one swing tag. The same print can also run as a dress or a top; see our printed dresses and women’s tops and blouses pages.
Sizing and fit
Send your size chart and we grade from it, or ask us to propose one for US, UK or EU sizing. For sets the bust, waist, hip and rise decide the fit, and elastic or drawstring waists cover more sizes. We check both pieces on more than one size before bulk.
MOQ and private label
The minimum is 200 pieces per style, per colour. We sew your brand label, add care labels and swing tags, and pack to your instructions. Our minimum order quantity page explains the rules across products, and our guide to creating a tech pack shows what to include for each piece.
How an order runs
- Brief: you send photos, a sketch, a tech pack or style numbers from our range, with your target colours and quantities.
- Fabric and print development: we source or develop the fabric and print, and cut the patterns for both pieces from your size chart or ours.
- Sample approval: we make a sample set in the agreed fabric, fit and colours, you review it, and we revise until you approve.
- Bulk production: cutting, sewing, embroidery or print and finishing begin once the sample, fabric and trims are approved.
- Inspection: we check measurements, colour match between the pieces and workmanship during production and again before packing.
- Packing and export documents: sets are packed and labelled to your instructions, and we prepare the export paperwork.
