KK Fashion Exports makes women’s clothing and accessories in India for Spanish boutiques, fashion chains, wholesalers and resort shops. Dresses, tops and blouses, kimonos, kaftans, sarongs and scarves are cut, printed and sewn at our unit in Noida, near Delhi, to your designs or ours, and shipped to Spain under your own label.

Planned around the Spanish season
Spring and summer are the main selling seasons for the kind of clothing we make, and shops on the Mediterranean coast and the Balearic and Canary Islands sell summer lines for much of the year. Collections for the spring season are usually sampled in the autumn and winter before. Give us your in-store date and we will plan sampling, fabric and production back from it. Repeat orders of a best seller can be made from the approved sample and the same colour standards.

Fabrics and prints
Viscose (rayon) gives the soft drape Spanish summer dresses and kimonos need. Cotton voile and cambric are light and breathable, and linen blends suit plainer, more tailored pieces. We print by screen, digital and hand block, and we dye in tie-dye, ombre and solid colours. Tropical leaves, geometric and abstract prints, florals and stripes can all be developed from your artwork or from our print library. Our cotton tie-dye scarves show the dyed look on accessories.
Labels, sizes and packing for Spain
- Labels: fibre composition and care labels in Spanish, as the EU textile labelling rules require for clothing sold in Spain, plus your brand labels, size labels and swing tags.
- Sizes: we grade to your size chart, in EU numeric sizes or S to XL. Send a fitted sample if you have one.
- Packing: folded or on hangers, in polybags, with cartons marked by style, colour and size so they can go straight to your warehouse or stores.
Shipping to Spain
Orders travel by sea to Spanish ports such as Valencia, Barcelona or Algeciras, or by air when a re-order is needed quickly. How an order runs
- Brief: you send photos, sketches, a tech pack or style numbers from our range, with your colours and quantities.
- Fabric and print development: we source the base fabric and make strike-offs or lab dips so the colours match your references.
- Sample approval: we make a sample in the agreed fabric, print and size, you review the fit and finish, and we revise until you approve.
- Bulk production: printing, cutting, sewing and finishing begin once the sample, colours and labels are approved.
- Inspection: we check measurements, colour, print and finish during production and again before packing.
- Packing and export documents: goods are packed and labelled to your instructions, and we prepare the export paperwork for Spain.
