KK Fashion Exports is a sarong and pareo manufacturer in India, making printed and woven beach wraps for importers, resorts, retailers and brands. We make them in cotton, viscose and chiffon, in your designs or ours, and pack them under your label.
Private label, samples and mixed colourways are available. Orders start from 100 pieces per style, per colour. Send a photo, a print or a style from our cotton scarves pareo range through the enquiry form and we will reply with options.

90 × 180 cm · printed cotton face with a towelling back.
Sarong vs pareo vs fouta
The names overlap, and buyers in different markets use them for the same product. A sarong is usually a rectangle wrapped and tied at the waist. A pareo is the same idea, often larger and lighter, and worn as a skirt, a dress or a shawl. A fouta is a flat-woven cotton cloth that works as a wrap and as a beach towel. Common sizes are about 100 × 180 cm and 110 × 180 cm, with rolled, baby or fringed hems. Our fouta pareo and towel pario show the towel-like styles; for towels themselves, see our beach towel manufacturing page.
Fabrics
We make sarongs and pareos in cotton voile, rayon challis, viscose, chiffon and flat-woven cotton. Voile is light and quick-drying. Viscose and rayon challis drape softly and take bright prints. Chiffon is sheer and floats over swimwear. Our article on beach cover-up fabrics in salt water, chlorine and sun compares how each fibre holds up on the beach.
Prints, dyes and trims
We print sarongs by screen, digital and hand block methods, and dye them by tie-dye and dip-dye. Ombre fades suit plain wraps; see our article on dip-dye and ombre garments for how to specify the gradient. Trims include pom-poms, tassels, lace and fringe; see our pom-pom trim viscose beach pareos. For what is changing in fabric and print this season, read top trends in viscose pareos manufacturing.
Wear styles and ties
A sarong sells better when the shopper can see how many ways it can be worn: as a long or short skirt, a halter or strapless dress, a shoulder wrap or a head scarf. We can print a simple tying guide on the header card or swing tag, which helps retailers sell it without a fitting room. Sarongs fit naturally into resortwear and beachwear ranges.
MOQ, packaging and shipping
The minimum is 100 pieces per style, per colour. We sew your brand label, add care labels and pack each sarong folded with a band or header card, or in bulk by colour for resorts. Sarongs are light and pack flat, so mixed cartons ship economically by sea or by air. Our minimum order quantity page explains the rules across products.
Coordinates and cross-selling
A sarong rarely sells alone. Retailers place it beside swimwear, beach bags, hats and kaftans, and many order a matching set in one print: a sarong, a scarf, a bag and a towel. Because we make all of these in-house, we can print them from the same artwork and dye lot, so the colours agree across the set. Ask for a print story of three or four designs in two or three colourways each, and we will suggest which pieces in our range pair best with them.
How an order runs
- Brief: you send photos, a sketch, a tech pack or style numbers from our range, with your target colours and quantities.
- Fabric and print development: we choose the fabric, prepare the print or dye, and make strike-offs so you can see colour and drape.
- Sample approval: we make a sample in the agreed size, fabric and colours, you review it, and we revise until you approve.
- Bulk production: printing or dyeing, hemming, trims and finishing begin once the sample is approved.
- Inspection: we check size, colour, print and hem finish during production and again before packing.
- Packing and export documents: Sarongs and pareos are packed and labelled to your instructions, and we prepare the export paperwork.
